Getting Started!

Once you have decided to commission a  website what next?
  1. Wherever possible I like to pay an initial visit my clients in order to establish a working relationship and learn more about their company or business.
  2. We discuss ideas, find out what your brand/products are and look at existing brochures, company logos & images, existing leaflets, adverts and promotional material.
  3. We establish what services you need for your website - content management, newsletters, feedback forms, visitor analysis, image sourcing, shopping cart technology, product updates and more.
  4. We discuss domains and hosting packages and what domain name would be suitable for your business (if not already registered).
  5. I work on content and design and upload a proof copy online.
  6. We roadtest the site and make any necessary proof amends.
  7. The site goes 'live'.
  8. I optimise the site and submit to Search Engines & Web Directories.
  9. I start building link partners from sites with related content.
  10. We discuss your requirements for content updates and website monthly maintenance packages.
  11. We establish a plan that is tailored to your needs and budget!
  12. You get regular updates and information about your website performance and directory listings.
